Polymer (Poly) is a type of thermoplastic. It is highly malleable and can be made into different shapes for impressive presentation.
After cutting from the printed molds, highly stable PU resin with no pollutants is injected into the printed or etched product in clean rooms. This is to create a highly transparent and lucid product with exquisite lines that gives a 3D feeling with a sense of brightness and elegance. Our processes with the polymer nameplates will create a sense of uniqueness for your product brand.
Characteristics
Polymer nameplates come in two types: PU and ordinary polymer. Both share similar characteristics of resistance to yellowing, heat and cold. In addition, regardless of the hardness of materials used, it can be used to create aesthetically appealing transparency that resembles crystals.
Applications
Different product styles can be created by using different base materials (aluminum, PC, PVC, labels, copper and etc.) to shape the product’s uniqueness. Polymer is commonly used for the creation of commercial signs and labels.
